Installation Walkthrough
Please follow these steps exactly as written. If you use a different app than the one recommended, we cannot guarantee server stability or anti-freeze protection.
Open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and enable "Apps from Unknown Sources".
From the home screen, search for and install the "Downloader" app.
In Downloader, enter the URL from your welcome email and install the player.
Open the player and enter your username, password and portal URL. Tap Login.

Always restart your device after installation. This clears the cache and ensures the app can establish a fresh, low-latency connection to our UK servers.
