- Your portal URL & MAC address registered

Installation Walkthrough
Please follow these steps exactly as written. If you use a different app than the one recommended, we cannot guarantee server stability or anti-freeze protection.
On the MAG box, go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
Enter the Portal URL from your welcome email into Portal 1.
Save and restart the portal (or reboot the box).
Your channel list will load automatically on startup.
Expert Tip: Better Performance
Always restart your device after installation. This clears the cache and ensures the app can establish a fresh, low-latency connection to our UK servers.
